Organization Culture and Software Process

I came across an article in which I am quoted (sometimes accurately, other times a bit disastrously). It's on how too much process (CMMI) is driving people crazy, and how Agile may be a solution. It's not really a great summary, but hey, they did spell my name right :-).

Speaking of culture, I have been working with an organizational culture typology for 12 years or so. It was created by Bill Schneider and goes under the marketing name CultureTek. It is basically a Meyers-Briggs for organizations. The four primary cultures are Control, Collaboration, Competence and Cultivation. So, guess where Agile naturally fits, and where it doesn't? Bonus points for guessing the two non-obvious ones.
