Post Script to: Organization Culture and Software Process

Would anyone like to comment on what type YOUR organization is??

Cogility's is a fledgling Cultivation culture. That means as a culture we are into helping each client--and each person who works for and with us--develop to their fullest potential.

Regarding leadership style, we will be more aligned when we manifest the Charismatic style that goes along with Cultivation cultures (with the Participative style a close second). Standard Setter or Directive styles are back burner for us. That is, while there is value in the latter two, the former two are more important (for us) :-)
